The Beverage Air PH1-1HS full-height mobile heated cabinet has a top-mounted heating system that uses a blower system to ensure uniform results throughout the cabinet. Using an adjustable thermostat, employees can adjust the temperature in this unit from 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and an external digital thermometer provides a readout of this number for accuracy. Made of stainless steel with an aluminum interior, this cabinet will endure heavy-duty use for many years.

The two doors on the Beverage Air PH1-1HS insulated heated cabinet self-close to prevent the surrounding area from becoming too hot. They seal with magnetic gaskets to further retain heat, and they have cylinder locks that prevent unwanted tampering. To slow the growth of bacteria, the door handles are coated in an antimicrobial. Product can be placed on three wire shelves inside the unit, which are epoxy coated to resist corrosion.
