The Beverage Air PH2-1S-PT pass-thru warming cabinet is a great solution for operators who want to connect two areas, such as between the kitchen and the serving line. It has two full-height sections with two solid doors each. These doors can be locked for product protection.

This Beverage Air PH2-1S-PT heated holding cabinet uses a top-mounted heating system to produce temperatures between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can check the temperature with the externally located dial thermometer. Humidity vents, which users open and close manually, enable versatile holding for moist and crispy products.
