The Beverage Air PHI2-1S warming cabinet is a roll-in unit that accepts two full-height racks. Each of the cabinet's two sections has a solid door with locks that restrict access to the cabinet. For durability in a high-volume environment, this unit's exterior is made of stainless steel.

This Beverage Air PHI2-1S heated holding cabinet produces temperatures from 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its heating system is mounted on top of the cabinet and users can check the temperature with the exterior digital thermometer. The cabinet's top also has manually operated humidity control vents.
