The BevLes PICA44-16INS-A-1L1 half-height proofing cabinet is constructed with an insulated top, back, and sides to improve heat retention. Its adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports accommodate eight 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (16) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or eight 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. The cabinet operates within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, controlled by a digital thermostat with variable humidity adjustment and an LED display.

A clear Lexan left-hand hinged door provides visibility into the BevLes PICA44-16INS-A-1L1 unit?s interior. The 5-quart cast water reservoir, equipped with a cast-in humidity system, prevents element burnout and maintains consistent moisture levels. The self-draining feature collects excess water for easier maintenance, and the heating module and interior components are removable for cleaning. The cabinet is mounted on 5-inch plate casters, two with brakes, for mobility and stability.
