Constructed of durable aluminum, the BevLes PICA60-24-A-4R1 non-insulated cabinet includes adjustable pan supports that accommodate various pan sizes, including donut screens. A transparent Lexan? right-hand hinged door offers visibility while the positive closing latch and full perimeter gasket ensure a secure seal. The bottom-mounted controls allow independent heat and humidity adjustments, while the 5-quart cast water reservoir includes a self-draining feature for convenience and safety.
