The BevLes PICA60-24-A-1L1 non-insulated proofing cabinet is equipped with adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports, which can accommodate (12) 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (24) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or (12) 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. The temperature and humidity levels are managed using a digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and an LED display, with a range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

The BevLes PICA60-24-A-1L1 proofing cabinet includes a 5-quart cast water reservoir designed with a cast-in humidity system to reduce the risk of element burnout while maintaining consistent moisture levels. The cabinet?s self-draining feature channels excess water into a collection pan for easy maintenance. A clear Lexan left-hand hinged door provides visibility, while the removable heating module and interior components simplify cleaning.
