The full-height BevLes PICA70-32-AED-1R1 PICA series donut proofer is a versatile solution for bakeries and foodservice operations, supporting various pan and screen sizes. Adjustable aluminum pan supports are spaced on 11/2-inch centers, accommodating up to (16) 23-inch by 32-inch or 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. A clear Lexan? door, hinged on the right side, provides unobstructed visibility while maintaining internal heat and humidity levels. Its mobile design includes 5-inch swivel plate casters, two of which lock for added stability during operation. Made of durable aluminum, this non-insulated cabinet efficiently conducts heat and withstands heavy use.
The BevLes PICA70-32-AED-1R1 proofing cabinet is equipped with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, enabling precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The LED display ensures clear monitoring of settings, while a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover helps maintain consistent humidity levels. This unit operates on a 120V power supply and includes an 8-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for convenient setup. To simplify cleaning and maintenance, the heating module is removable.
