The Continental DL1W-SS-PT-HD full-height insulated heated cabinet's 21-cubic-foot interior is fitted with three heavy-duty, chrome-plated steel shelvesa'¬a€which are adjustable on the pilaster stripsa'¬a€and LED lighting for clear visibility. The interior is accessible from either side through the four solid doors with chrome handles, and for enhanced security, these doors protect stored products with their cylinder locks. Made of durable stainless steel, this unit provides a long service life. Overall, this cabinet measures 26 inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high and sits on four adjustable legs.

For uniform air circulation throughout the Continental DL1W-SS-PT-HD heated cabinet, the self-contained heating system operates with a circulating fan and airflow distribution ducts. This heating system produces hot temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained with CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation and stainless steel strip heaters. The holding temperature is managed with the electronic controls, while the current temperature readout is available for viewing on the LED display.
