Capable of maintaining temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Continental DL1WE reach-in warmer can be a valuable addition to catering or buffet services, as it can be used to keep food items warm until needed. With 22 cubic feet of internal space and a 19-tray capacity, this unit can hold large food orders or multiple batches of food product simultaneously. To provide durability and resistance to corrosion, this unit has a stainless steel front and aluminum interior and end panels. The cabinet is accessed via the right-hinged, solid steel door, which has a self-closing design to ensure set conditions are maintained. Additionally, this door is fitted with field-reversible hinges to enable versatile installation in a kitchen workspace.

The Continental DL1WE reach-in warmer is operated using the electronic controller and digital LED display. These controls must be used to program the cabinet temperature and have a high/low alarm that will sound if the cabinet experiences an unwanted temperature fluctuation. The warming system has air flow distribution ducts to ensure even hot air distribution, and the interior base is fitted with stainless steel strip heaters to help maintain set temperatures. To improve recovery times during use, this unit has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between its paneling.
