The Continental DL1WE-SS full-height insulated heated cabinet's stainless steel construction is durable and easy to clean. Measuring 28¹/₂ inches wide by 35³/₈ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high, this cabinet features a full-length door for interior access, and the door utilizes its self-closing design and magnetic gaskets to ensure cold air doesn't escape. The interior contains three steel shelves that are adjustable on heavy-duty pilaster strips, while the lighting illuminates the cabinet space for enhanced visibility. This unit supports versatile placement with its adjustable legs and field-reversible door design.

The Continental DL1WE-SS heated cabinet enables temperature adjustments between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital controller, and the external display provides a current readout for temperature observation. While the strip heaters produce consistent heat and prevent temperature fluctuations, the circulating fan and air flow distribution ducts ensure even heating throughout the cabinet.
