To ensure a long service life in high-volume establishments, the Continental DL1WE-SS-PT full-height insulated heated cabinet is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The interior is equipped with three chrome-plated steel shelves on heavy-duty pilaster strips and illuminated with LED lighting to improve visibility. Measuring 22 cubic feet, the interior is accessible through the two full-length doors, and for temperature retention, each door is fitted with self-closing hinges and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets.

The Continental DL1WE-SS-PT heated cabinet features a top-mounted heating plenum and measures 28¹/₂ inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high overall. The unit's heating system is self-contained for simple installation. With a temperature range from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this cabinet maintains hot air with its 3-inch polyurethane foam insulation and stainless steel strip heaters. For optimal holding conditions, the circulating fan and air flow ducts provide uniform airflow throughout the cabinet.
