A good choice for establishments with buffet or catering services, the Continental EL1WI-RT-E warming cabinet has a 72¹/₂-inch-high door opening that can hold a 72-inch-high food rack, and a roll-thru design to ease rack loading and unloading. To provide a long service life, this warmer has a stainless steel front and interior floor with aluminum interior and end panels. To simplify cleaning, both the stainless steel rack guides and ramps are removable. The interior is accessed from both sides through two solid steel doors. To preserve interior conditions, the doors have a self-closing design and are equipped with Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets that establish an airtight closure.

To maintain a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Continental EL1WI-RT-E heated cabinet has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between the metal paneling and a high/low alarm that sounds when the cabinet experiences an undesired temperature fluctuation. To evenly disperse hot air throughout the cabinet, this unit has unique air distribution ducts. To manipulate interior conditions, operators must use the electronic controller and digital display that is on the top front side of the unit.
