With a roll-thru configuration and a 66¹/₂-inch-high door opening, the Continental DL1WI-RT warming cabinet can be a valuable addition to establishments with buffet stations or that provide catering services. The interior is constructed of aluminum and can hold a 66¹/₄-inch-high food rack. The interior floor is made of reinforced stainless steel to ensure long-lasting use. The interior is accessed from both sides through two solid, right-hinged, self-closing doors. To preserve interior conditions, each door has Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide an airtight seal, and the cabinet has 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation between its paneling.

To keep integral components away from floor debris, the Continental DL1WI-RT heated cabinet's self-contained warming system is mounted to the top of the unit. To maintain temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit has air flow distribution ducts that evenly disperse hot air throughout the cabinet. To program specific temperatures, operators must use the electronic controller and digital display located on the top front of the unit. To protect against unwanted temperature fluctuations, this unit has a high/low temperature alarm.
