With an extra-wide, roll-in design and a 72¹/₂-inch-tall door opening, the Continental DL1WI-SA-E heated cabinet can be used to store pizzas or large batches of food items to keep a buffet stocked. The standard depth and height of the door opening can house a full-height, 72-inch-high food rack. To ensure smooth loading and unloading, this unit has stainless steel rack guides and removable stainless steel ramps. For a long service life, this unit has a corrosion- and dent-resistant stainless steel exterior and a durable aluminum interior.

Designed to preserve interior conditions, the Continental DL1WI-SA-E heated cabinet's right-hinged, solid door has a self-closing design and when closed, has a Santoprene™ magnetic door gasket that provides an airtight seal. This unit relies on air distribution ducts to disperse hot air evenly throughout the cabinet. This unit can achieve temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and to manage the interior temperature, operators must use the electronic controller and digital display. The controls have a high/low alarm that will sound if the cabinet undergoes an unwanted fluctuation in temperature.
