Made with a stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and reinforced stainless steel floor, the Continental DL1WI-SA-RT-E full-height insulated roll-thru heated cabinet withstands corrosion and rust development. The 33-cubic-foot interior can hold one food rack measuring as tall as 72 inches, and the unit's roll-thru design enables rack loading and unloading from either side. This unit comes with rack guides and ramps for improved efficiency, and they're removable for simple cleanup. For full interior access, this cabinet is equipped with two full-height, solid doors, each of which self-closes and seals with magnetic gaskets for reduced recovery times.

The Continental DL1WI-SA-RT-E heated cabinet uses a self-contained heating system to produce temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit; these temperature levels are preserved with polyurethane foam insulation. Staff can set the holding temperature with the digital controller, and the included display enables monitoring. To ensure consistent internal conditions, the airflow distribution ducts encourage even airflow throughout the cabinet and around stored products.
