The Continental DL1WI-SA-RT full-height insulated roll-thru heated cabinet features a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior with a reinforced stainless steel floor that enables lasting durability. The two solid, full-height doors utilize magnetic snap-in gaskets and a self-closing design for temperature retention. Measuring 35¹/₄ inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 86 inches high, the interior accommodates a 66¹/₄-inch-high food rack. The cabinet's stainless steel ramps and rack guides are removable for efficient cleaning.

Featuring a self-contained, top-mounted heating system, the Continental DL1WI-SA-RT heated cabinet eases installation and prevents the intake of dirt and debris that can damage vital heating components. This unit can be set between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and temperature settings and adjustments are manageable using the electronic controller. The external display provides a current temperature readout for monitoring, while the high/low alarm sounds when temperature fluctuations occur. The cabinet has 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation between its metal paneling, which preserves interior temperatures.
