The Continental DL1WI-SS full-height insulated roll-in heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel with a reinforced floor for longevity through high-volume use. The rack guides and ramp are removable when cleaning or replacement is needed. The 32-cubic-foot interior is accessible through the solid door, which self-closes when accidentally left open to retain temperatures and tightly seals with a magnetic snap-in gasket. This unit can hold one rack that measures 66¹/₄ inches high, and the stored items are protected with the door's cylinder lock.

Featuring CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation, the Continental DL1WI-SS heated cabinet retains warm conditions, which is managed with the digital controls. Staff can set the holding temperature between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and if the temperature drops below or rises higher than its setting, the high/low alarm sounds. The cabinet's self-contained heating system is top mounted, and the unit measures 35¹/₄ inches wide by 35³/₈ inches deep by 86 inches high overall.
