Measuring 35¹/₄ inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 92 inches high, the Continental DL1WI-SS-RT-E full-height insulated roll-thru heated cabinet features a stainless steel construction and reinforced floor. With 32 cubic feet of space, the interior accommodates one 72-inch-high food rack and contains removable stainless steel rack guides. The two solid doors provide interior access, and each door features a smooth chrome handle, self-closing hinges, and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets. For reduced product tampering, the doors can be locked during and after shifts.

The Continental DL1WI-SS-RT-E heated cabinet is electronically controlled for simple temperature management and monitoring, and staff can set the holding temperature between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For streamlined installation, the heating system is self-contained, and it prevents the intake of damaging substances because it's top mounted. While the cabinet's 3-inch polyurethane foam insulation maintains warm temperatures, the airflow distribution ducts promote circulation throughout the unit.
