Designed with a 32-cubic-foot interior, the Continental DL1WI-SS-RT full-height insulated roll-thru heated cabinet can hold one 66¹/₄-inch-high rack in its 32-cubic-foot interior. This unit is made of durable stainless steel for long term use, and the reinforced stainless steel floor withstands scratches and dents. Each side of the cabinet is fitted with full-height doors; these doors feature a self-closing design and can be locked when not in use. Overall, this unit measures 35¹/₄ inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 86 inches high.

The Continental DL1WI-SS-RT heated cabinet is insulated with 3 inches of polyurethane foam and features magnetic door gaskets; both the insulation and gaskets preserve internal conditions, reducing recovery times. Using the self-contained heating system and airflow distribution ducts, this cabinet keeps the holding temperature at a set level between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can select a specific holding temperature using the electronic controls, and the external display provides a current readout for monitoring.
