The Continental DL2W-SA-PT full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet keeps cooked meats warm until served. For maximum holding, the 50-cubic-foot compartment has six heavy-duty chrome-plated shelves, which are adjusted via pilaster strips. It's ideal to stock from the front or the rear side, it has a pass-thru configuration. The unit's exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum for durability. The unit's 3-inch foam insulation is ideal for maintaining consistent temperatures and reduces recovery times. The legs measure 6 inches tall, making cleaning around the perimeter of the unit simple.

The Continental DL2W-SA-PT pass-thru warmer's heating system is top mounted. This unit's plenum design includes a circulating fan, and airflow ducts also assist with even air circulation. This unit has an adjustable range from 90 to 180 degrees, which is adjusted with the electronic controller.
