Continental DL2W-SS Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (38) Pan Capacity, 208-230v/1ph
The Continental DL2W-SS heated cabinet is a two-section unit capable of holding 38 standard-sized pans in its 50-cubic-foot interior. The unit maintains temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit using its self-contained, top-mounted heating system. Hot air is forced into the ducting system to evenly circulate around stored foods. To set the desired operating temperature, staff must use the electronic controller located at the top of the machine.
Overall, the Continental DL2W-SS warming cabinet measures 52 inches wide by 353/8 inches deep by 831/4 inches high and is constructed of stainless steel. It stands on four adjustable stainless steel legs for stability. Affixed to the front of the cabinet are two full-height, solid doors designed to self-close to prevent drastic loss of warmth.
