The Continental DL2WE-SA full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet has a 38-pan capacity; pan configurations are supported with 6 heavy-duty shelves with pilaster strips. The exterior is made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while the aluminum end panels and interior are resistant to dents and other aesthetic damage. The cabinet has 3-inch-thick polyurethane insulation to contain heat, maintaining consistent temperatures during use. To stay level, this unit is supported by adjustable, 6-inch stainless steel legs.

To keep cabinet temperatures consistent, the Continental DL2WE-SA insulated mobile cabinet has stainless steel strip heaters. For equal air distribution, the unit's heating system features a circulating fan and unique airflow ducts. It can be set between 90 and 180 degrees using the external temperature controller. A digital display and high/low temperature alarm enable staff to closely monitor interior conditions.
