To provide a long-lasting service life, the Continental DL2WE-SS heated cabinet is constructed of dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The interior is accessed through two full-height, solid doors with cam-action, lift-off hinges. Each door is fitted with a cylinder lock, Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gasket, and polished chrome handle. These doors self-close to retain hot air during busy shifts. The interior maintains a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit using a circulating fan and stainless steel strip heaters in the base of the interior.

To program the temperature of the Continental DL2WE-SS warmer, staff must use the electronic controller and digital display. For optimal item storage, the interior is equipped with six chrome-plated steel shelves that can be adjusted via the pilaster strips. The shelves are illuminated with automatic lighting to provide a clear view of their contents. This unit's heating system is top mounted to keep integral components away from floor debris. This unit sits atop four adjustable, stainless steel legs to provide stability on uneven floors.
