Featuring a roll-thru design, the Continental DL2WI-SA-RT insulated heated cabinet can be a valuable addition to locations that require hot food storage, as it permits efficient loading and unloading of food racks with its stainless steel rack guides and ramps. The two-section interior offers 64 cubic feet of interior space and can hold two 66¹/₄-inch-high food racks. To provide durability, the exterior is made of stainless steel, and the interior has an aluminum construction. The cabinet is endowed with 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between its metal paneling to help preserve interior conditions.

The Continental DL2WI-SA-RT heated cabinet has a self-contained and top mounted warming system that utilizes unique airflow distribution ducts to maintain temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To program desired temperatures, staff must utilize the electronic controller and digital display located on the top-left of the cabinet's front. The controls have a high/low alarm that will sound if the cabinet experiences an unwanted temperature fluctuation. To help avoid temperature deviations, the four solid, hinged doors have self-closing hinges and Santoprene® magnetic door gaskets.
