To ensure long-lasting use in a busy foodservice environment, the Continental DL2WI-SS-RT-E heated cabinet's interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel, a dent-, rust-, and corrosion-resistant metal. This unit is designed with a self-contained heating system that uses unique air distribution ducts to evenly distribute hot air throughout the cabinet to maintain a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has an extra-wide, roll-in design that enables staff to store food items on two 72-inch-high food racks. To ease the loading and unloading process, this unit has stainless steel rack guides and ramps. To simplify maintenance after busy shifts, the ramps, guides, and interior floor are removable.

To permit precise temperature programming and monitoring, the Continental DL2WI-SS-E warmer is equipped with an electronic controller and an easy-to-read digital display that must be used to program desired conditions. To maintain user-set temperatures, the controls have a high/low alarm that will sound if the cabinet experiences any undesired temperature changes. Additionally, this unit has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between its metal panels to help reduce recovery times during frequent use. To keep integral components away from floor debris, the warming system is mounted to the top of the cabinet.
