The Continental DL3W-HD heated cabinet's external control panel has an adjustable temperature range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its digital display with a high-low alarm simplifies monitoring the cabinet's conditions. For temperature consistency, the cabinet features stainless steel base heaters, and the inner panels are insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane. For even air distribution, the plenum design has a circulating fan; the unit also includes unique airflow distribution ducts. This heating system is fully top mounted for simple maintenance.

For high-volume storage, the Continental DL3W-HD full-height heated cabinet has a 72-cubic-foot space, nine chrome-plated shelves, and heavy-duty pilaster strips. To pair with the pilaster strips, there's a nine tray-slide capacity per top section, and a six tray-slide capacity per bottom section. The front is made of stainless steel, and the end panels and interior are made of aluminum for durability. The cabinet has six half-height, self-closing doors with magnetic door gaskets to keep in hot air, while the cylinder locks help prevent tampering and theft.
