The base features stainless steel strip heaters to reduce recovery time.
This Continental DL3W-SA reach-in heated cabinet's 72-cubic-foot space holds nine shelves€”three shelves per section. They're supported with pilaster strips for flexible holding. The exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior features an aluminum construction for durability. 3-inch-thick polyurethane insulation keeps heat out for temperature consistency. To help prevent theft, the unit features cylinder locks.
