To accommodate large quantities of hot entrees, catering orders, or appetizers, the Continental DL3W-SA-PT-HD pass-thru heated cabinet has 72 cubic feet of internal space and can hold 57 food pans. This three-section warmer has an aluminum interior and a stainless steel exterior. Each side of this warmer is equipped with six half-height, solid, hinged doors. To provide a sturdy grip, each door has a polished chrome handle, and to provide a tight seal, the cabinet is equipped with Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets. To secure the interior between shifts, this unit has cylinder door locks.

The Continental DL3W-SA-PT-HD food warmer maintains a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and to program the desired temperature, staff must use the digital controls and LED display. To notify staff if there's an unexpected shift in temperature, this unit has a high/low temperature alarm. To optimize interior space, this unit's warming system is top mounted. So the unit maintains set conditions, this unit has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between the metal paneling. To provide a clear view of shelf items to streamline item retrieval, the cabinet's interior is illuminated with LED lights.
