Affixed to the front of the Continental DL3W-SS reach-in warmer are three solid, hinged doors featuring a self-closing design to ensure interior conditions are maintained. To establish a tight seal once the doors are closed, this unit has Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and to protect interior items from theft or tampering, each door has a cylinder lock. Part of the Designer Line series, this unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior that's easy to clean and is corrosion, dent, and rust resistant. Ideal for holding large catering orders or to-go entrees, this unit's interior spans 72 cubic feet and can hold 57 food pans on the nine chrome-plated steel shelves.

To provide a clear view of shelf items, the interior of the Continental DL3W-SS reach-in heating cabinet is illuminated with LED lights. To keep food products at optimal temperatures until needed, this unit maintains a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between its metal paneling. To manipulate interior temperatures, staff must use the digital controls and LED display. If the cabinet experiences a sudden shift in temperature, an alarm sounds to alert staff.
