A good choice for locations with a buffet station that must replenished regularly, the Continental DL3W-SS-PT heated cabinet has nine adjustable, chrome-plated steel shelves for item storage and maintains a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior spans 72 cubic feet and has a pass-thru configuration ideal for center placement in a kitchen area, as it can provide both kitchen and wait staff access to the interior. To resist corrosion buildup and wear overtime, this unit has a stainless steel exterior and interior. To preserve internal conditions, there are 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between the metal paneling.

The interior of the Continental DL3W-SS-PT pass-thru warming cabinet is accessed from both sides through a total of six solid steel doors, which have a self-closing design to keep hot air from escaping. Additionally, the doors have Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gaskets to establish an airtight closure. Each door is fitted with a smooth, polished chrome door handle to provide a comfortable grip without interrupting the flow of traffic in a kitchen workspace. This warmer is managed using the electronic controller and digital display with a high/low alarm to alert staff if the cabinet experiences a sudden temperature change.
