Measuring 85¹/₂ inches wide by 35³/₈ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high, the Continental DL3WE-SA-HD full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet's exterior is made of stainless steel, and its aluminum interior features 75 cubic feet of storage capacity. Intended for reach-in use, the cabinet is accessible through six solid, half-height doors. These doors are designed with self-closing hinges for reduced recovery times and magnetic snap-in gaskets for an airtight seal. This unit supports the storage of different item sizes since its nine interior shelves are adjustable using the heavy-duty pilaster strips. For a clear interior view, this unit has automatic lighting.

The Continental DL3WE-SA-HD heated cabinet is insulated with 3 inches of polyurethane foam for temperature retention, while the stainless steel strip heaters located in the interior's base ensure the operating temperature range stays between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can set the temperature between this range with the digital control panel, which is programmed with a temperature display and high/low alarm. The self-contained, top-mounted heating system operates with a circulating fan, and the unit's unique airflow distribution ducts produce uniform airflow throughout the cabinet.
