Designed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the Continental DL3WE-SA-PT full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet promotes corrosion, dent, and scratch resistance. Its pass-thru configuration allows interior access from both front- and back-of-house operations, and the interior, which features nine chrome-plated, adjustable shelves and automatic lighting, measures 75 cubic feet. The front and back of the unit are fitted with solid, full-length doors that seal with Santoprene™ snap-in gaskets. Mounted on six adjustable legs, this cabinet can be placed on uneven surfaces.

The Continental DL3WE-SA-PT heated cabinet operates between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and the holding temperature range is set using the electronic control panel, which is programmed with a temperature display and high/low alarm. The holding temperature remains consistent due to the use of polyurethane foam insulation and stainless steel strip heaters. Mounted on top of the unit, the self-contained heating system uses a circulating fan to provide uniform airflow throughout the interior.
