For high-volume holding, the Continental Refrigeration DL3WE-SS-HD full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet has a 75-cubic-foot interior and holds nine chrome-plated shelves. The shelves' pilaster strips provide additional support. The unit is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to promote longevity, and the inner cabinet is insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane for temperature retention. The cabinet's six half-height doors have magnetic snap-in door gaskets for an airtight seal. The doors feature cam-action, lift-off, self-closing hinges to reduce cold-air leaks.

The Continental Refrigeration DL3WE-SS-HD insulated mobile heated cabinet's heating system is top mounted for comfortable access. This plenum system features a circulating fan for even distribution of air; it also features unique airflow distribution ducts. For consistent temperatures, the base has stainless steel strip heaters. The electronic controller enables users to adjust the temperature from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and the digital display with a high/low alarm makes monitoring convenient.
