The Continental DL3WE-SS-PT full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet maintains a temperature range between 90 and 180 degrees with the assistance of stainless steel strip heaters at the base. For even airflow, it has a plenum plug housing with a circulating fan and unique air supply ducts. Should temperature fluctuations occur, the digital display's high/low alarm allows for efficient monitoring. The heating system's top-mounted design simplifies service and maintenance.

For high-volume holding, the Continental DL3WE-SS-PT heated cabinet has three sections, 75 cubic feet of space, and nine epoxy-coated shelves. These shelves come with heavy-duty pilaster strips for secure storage. Its pass-thru design is simple to stock from the front or rear, and automatic cabinet lighting keeps the storage space illuminated. It's made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, while 3-inch-thick polyurethane foam insulation reduces recovery times.
