To simplify transport for catering services, this half-height Cres Cor 1200-HH-SS-SPLIT-DX heated cabinet is furnished with four 5-inch swivel casters that can reverse and round corners, while two casters include brakes for stabilization during use. This one-compartment unit measures 26⁵/₈ inches wide by 32³/₄ inches deep by 43 inches high and has a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior with a structure-retaining internal frame to withstand collisions and support heavy loads. To accommodate various kitchen configurations, its door ships right hinged but can be reversed in the field. Its antimicrobial latch slows bacterial growth between regular cleanings, and its magnetic design is simple to open. To ensure it remains closed during transport, its twist-lock catch secures it in place.

Inside the Cres Cor 1200-HH-SS-SPLIT-DX mobile heated holding cabinet, wire pan racks secured on 2³/₄-inch centers provide support to (8) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. These racks can be removed for cleaning as needed. For uniform heat circulation, its heating system is top mounted, and three heaters are integrated into the inner walls. Operators can adjust temperatures to a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate changing holding needs, while a digital display provides a large temperature readout. To retain set temperatures for consecutive uses or during pan loading and retrieval, the top, bottom, and walls are insulated with 1¹/₂-inch fiberglass, while the door has 1-inch fiberglass insulation.
