To maximize holding capacity, this Cres Cor 1200-HH-SS-2DX insulated radiant hot cabinet has two sections with removable wire pan supports that accommodate (16) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. Two individual solid-state electronic controls can be used to adjust the compartments' internal temperatures, which can reach as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure foods are warm for serving. The controls' digital panels provide an easy-to-read temperature display so operators can manage heating, and because the heating system is top mounted and integrated into the walls, heat is dispersed uniformly, eliminating cold spots that could affect food quality. Fiberglass insulation built into the walls, doors, top, and bottom helps maintain temperatures as doors are opened and closed or when the unit is stored in a cool environment; this temperature-preserving design helps save energy and can prepare the unit for consecutive uses.

The Cres Cor 1200-HH-SS-2DX hot cabinet's two right-hinged Dutch doors are field reversible to accommodate various kitchen settings. Their magnetic latches are simple to open and treated with an antimicrobial agent that slows bacterial spread between regular cleanings; twist-lock catches ensure the doors remain closed during transport. Constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this model features a strong internal frame that retains its structural rigidity and integrity as it's loaded and transported. Despite measuring 26⁵/₈ inches wide by 32³/₄ inches deep by 76¹/₂ inches high, this unit is simple to transport with its four 5-inch swivel casters that can round corners and reverse.
