The Cres Cor H-135-SUA-6 insulated hot cabinet's bottom-mounted heating system generates and maintains temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep prepared foods warm before serving. Fiberglass insulation in the top, back, door, and side walls helps preserve programmed temperatures, reducing lag times when reheating the unit for consecutive uses. Operators can adjust the temperatures as needed using the electromechanical thermostat, and its thermometer is built onto a slanted control panel for clarity. Built for low-volume uses, its six sets of universal wire angles can support various pan sizes including 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. These supports are also adjustable on 1¹/₂-inch centers to achieve various results.

With its half-size design, heavy-duty swivel casters, and push-and-pull handles, the Cres Cor H-135-SUA-6 can be easily transported from the kitchen to serving areas. This 25³/₄-inch-wide by 33¹/₂-inch-deep by 42-inch-high unit has a corrosion- and wear-resistant stainless steel body with an extended base that protects the cabinet. Its durable casters provide full mobility when the unit is loaded to its 250-pound capacity, and two of these casters include brakes for added stabilization. Operators can maneuver the system around corners or reverse the unit by steering with its side handles; because they're recessed, they also help reduce damage to walls during collisions.
