This single-section Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D insulated mobile heated cabinet includes 12 sets of chrome-plated wire universal angles that support variously sized pans for versatility, and they can be adjusted on 1¹/₂-inch centers as needed. Its top-mounted heater assembly generates temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to hold foods at appropriate serving temperatures, while users can manipulate cabinet temperatures with the solid-state electronic control, which displays temperatures on a large LED digital panel. To preserve temperatures in various ambient conditions and when pans are loaded and retrieved, 2-inch fiberglass insulation is built into the sides, while 1¹/₂-inch fiberglass insulation lines the doors, base, and top.

Operators can access a specific part of the Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D heated mobile cabinet's compartment with its two Dutch doors. Though they ship right hinged, they can be adjusted in the field to fit kitchen setups. For a secure seal, they're fitted with silicone door gaskets, and their magnetic, easy-to-open latches are treated with an antimicrobial protection agent that slows bacterial growth between standard cleanings. To ensure they remain closed during transport, their twist-lock catch secures them in place. Despite being a full-height unit, this cabinet is simple to maneuver since it's furnished with 5-inch swivel casters that can round corners and reverse. Two casters have brakes for added stabilization, and operators can steer the unit with control using the recessed side handles. To withstand daily use and impacts, this 28³/₄-inch-wide by 32³/₄-inch-deep by 73-inch-high cabinet's stainless steel construction resists wear, rust, and corrosion, while its extended base protects the cabinet body.
