Prepared meals can be held at safe serving temperatures in this Cres Cor H-137-SUA-9D-SD hot cabinet, which is heated by a 1,500-watt heating system that generates temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can modify cabinet temperatures using the solid-state electronic control to accommodate specific holding needs; its large LED digital display provides an accurate temperature readout. Fiberglass insulation built into the sides, doors, base, and top preserves temperatures if the unit is stored in cool ambient environments or when pans are loaded and removed. Inside the cabinet, nine sets of locking universal transport angles accommodate nine 18-inch by 26-inch baking pans or (18) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans, and they can be adjusted on 1¹/₂-inch centers. Two right-hinged Dutch doors enable operators to access pans directly, and their lockable slide-bolt door latches ensure they remain closed during transport.

Meant to transport meals from kitchens to serving areas and vice versa, the Cres Cor H-137-SUA-9D-SD insulated heated cabinet is furnished with four 6-inch swivel casters; two casters have brakes to secure it in place. Despite its 30¹/₂-inch-wide by 34⁷/₈-inch-deep by 58⁵/₈-inch-high structure, this unit can be maneuvered with ease due to its ergonomic side grips and rear handle. Its impact panel protection prevents wall damage from collisions, and the base's full-perimeter bumper resists impact damages. Constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this cabinet includes a sturdy internal frame that adds structural rigidity, while its extended base protects the body.
