With its top-mounted heater assembly, this Cres Cor H-137-UA-9D mobile heated cabinet produces temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to hold prepared meals at serving temperatures. Its solid-state electronic control can modify cabinet temperatures to accommodate specific holding needs, while its LED digital display provides a large temperature readout for user management. To preserve programmed temperatures when its door is opened, the sides, top, base, and door are insulated with fiberglass; its self-closing door features a proper-seal magnetic door gasket that reduces heat loss.
This 3/4-height Cres Cor H-137-UA-9D insulated hot cabinet's single section includes nine sets of chrome-plated wire universal angles that can support variously sized pans. These angles can be raised or lowered on 11/2-inch centers and are removable for cleaning. Smooth, coved corners inside the cabinet are simple to wipe clean to prevent food particles and grease from accumulating. Built to transport food pans from a kitchen to a serving area and vice versa, this 283/4-inch-wide by 333/8-inch-deep by 571/4-inch-tall Hi-Tensile aluminum unit is furnished with four 5-inch swivel casters€”two of which include brakes. Recessed handles on each side lend a secure grip for smooth maneuvering while protecting walls from damage during a collision. The door's full-length extruded door handle includes a positive catch that ensures the door remains closed during transport; to slow bacterial spread between cleanings, it's treated with antimicrobial protection agent.
