Constructed of durable stainless steel with a rigid internal frame and a reinforced internal base, the Cres Cor H-137-WSUA-6D mobile hot cabinet withstands frequent transport and repeated pan loading and retrieval. To save space in crowded kitchens, this half-height model measures 28¹/₄ inches wide by 33³/₈ inches deep by 43³/₈ inches high, and it's simple to move with its 5-inch swivel castersa'¬a€two of which have brakes to secure it in place. Operators can fully access the interior via the field-reversible door, which includes an easy-open antimicrobial latch and a twist-lock catch that ensures the door remains closed. Inside the cabinet, smooth, coved corners reduce particle and grease buildup, and six sets of stainless steel wire universal angles support variously sized pans and can be adjusted on 1¹/₂-inch centers.

This Cres Cor H-137-WSUA-6D heated mobile cabinet uses an efficient, top-mounted heater to produce and maintain temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheita'¬a€ideal for holding prepared dishes at safe serving temperatures. The holding thermostat's solid-state digital display control can be used to modify temperatures, and its digital thermometer displays an accurate temperature readout. To preserve food textures, operators can adjust humidity as high as 95 percent using the humidity thermostat, which heats the 4-gallon water pan to create moisture. If water levels drop unexpectedly, an LED indicator light alerts the operator; when water levels become critically low, the water heater shuts off automatically. To protect the cabinet's front traffic area from spills, the integral trough collects leaks from the pan. This unit's interior is insulated by fiberglass to maintain programmed temperatures and humidity in cool ambient environments and as the door is opened for pan insertion or retrieval.
