Because this Cres Cor H-339-12-188C half-size hot cabinet's efficient heating system generates and maintains temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, prepared dishes can be held at warm temperatures before being served. Three inner-wall heaters release heat evenly throughout the cabinet for uniform results; fiberglass insulation built into the walls, door, top, and bottom preserves set temperatures in cool environments. For consistent airflow, pan stops are built into the inside of the door and at the back of the cabinet. The top-mounted solid-state thermostat can be used to adjust heat, and an analog thermometer displays temperatures accurately.

This half-height Cres Cor H-339-12-188C insulated hot cabinet measures 23⁷/₈ inches wide by 32¹/₄ inches deep by 36¹¹/₁₆ inches high and is furnished with four 5-inch swivel casters for smooth mobility. Two casters include brakes to secure it in place during pan loading and retrieval. To withstand impact with walls, furniture, or other pieces of equipment, its hi-tensile aluminum construction includes a rigid internal frame and an extended base. Operators can access the cabinet's interior via the field-reversible door, which includes an antimicrobial, easy-open latch to expedite opening, and during transport, its twist-lock catch ensures it remains closed. Designed for low-volume holding, its removable wire supports can hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch pans on 2³/₄-inch centers.
