This 18⁷/₈-inch-wide by 27¹/₄-inch-deep by 36¹¹/₁₆-inch-high unit's corrosion-resistant aluminum construction has a structurally rigid internal frame to withstand impact and wear. For smooth maneuvering and stability, it's mounted on 5-inch swivel castersa'¬a€two of which have brakes. Its solid, field-reversible door grants direct, full access to the cabinet's interior, and its antimicrobial latch slows germ growth between cleanings. Inside the cabinet, channel supports accommodate as many as eight 12-inch by 20-inch pansa'¬a€ideal for low-volume correctional facilities.

To keep prepared meals at serving temperatures, this Cres Cor H-339-128-CZ correctional mobile heated cabinet's three inner-wall heaters produce and maintain temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Fiberglass insulation built into the door, top, bottom, and walls retains programmed temperatures in cool ambient settings or as dishes are loaded and removed. For simple operation, its top-mounted control panel includes a lighted power rocker switch; operators can modify temperatures with the electromechanical thermostat. Its analog thermometer displays internal cabinet heat accurately so users can monitor holding settings.
