Because the Cres Cor H-339-X-12-188C mobile heated cabinet's three 300-watt inner-wall heaters generate temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, it can keep prepared dishes warm for serving. To preserve heat in various environments and when the door is opened for short periods of time, the walls, door, top, and bottom are built with fiberglass insulation. Pan stops on the inside of the door and on the back of the cabinet improve airflow, boosting circulation to reduce cold spots. Its top-mounted control panel includes a solid-state thermostat for temperature adjustment, an analog thermometer, and a lighted power rocker switch.

As an undercounter model, this Cres Cor H-339-X-12-188C insulated heated cabinet measures 27⁵/₈ inches wide by 32¹/₄ inches deep by 32 inches high and is fitted with 3-inch heavy-duty swivel casters to simplify transport. All the casters can reverse and round corners, while two casters include brakes for added stabilization. This corrosion-resistant hi-tensile aluminum cabinet withstands impact with walls and equipment, and its internal frame and extended base add extra protection. Its field-reversible door provides direct access to the cabinet's wire supports, and its twist-lock catch ensures it remains closed during transport. Positioned on 2³/₄-inch centers, its removable supports can hold as many as eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch pans.
