Three inner-wall heaters produce temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit so this Cres Cor H-339-X-128C undercounter hot cabinet can ensure prepared meals are warm for serving. Fiberglass insulation built into the door, base, top, and walls preserves generated temperatures, even in cool environments, and pan stops on the inside of the door and back of the cabinet improve airflow. To accommodate various dishes, the cabinet's holding temperature can be modified using the solid-state thermostat, and its analog thermometer will display the unit's internal temperature accurately for monitoring.

Because it measures 22⁵/₈ inches wide by 27¹/₄ inches deep by 32 inches high, the Cres Cor H-339-X-128C insulated hot cabinet fits beneath a cabinet to save floorspace in cramped kitchens. It's furnished with four 3-inch heavy-duty swivel casters that can turn and reverse to simplify transport between the kitchen and serving areas, and two casters include brakes for stabilization. To withstand impact with walls or other pieces of equipment, this corrosion-resistant hi-tensile aluminum unit includes a rigid internal frame and an extended base for added protection. Operators can access its holding compartment quickly by opening the field-reversible door's magnetic latch, and its twist-lock catch ensures it remains closed during transport. Inside the cabinet, removable wire pan supports are positioned on 2³/₄-inch centers and accommodate eight 12-inch by 20-inch pans in total.
