The Delfield GAH1-GH Specification Line® heated cabinet offers a spacious 21-cubic-foot capacity with a fully insulated design for energy-efficient food holding. Its heating elements are located behind vertical ducts, ensuring optimal airflow and consistent temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Built with a durable stainless-steel exterior and interior, this reach-in unit is equipped to withstand demanding foodservice environments. A half-height hinged glass door with a smart hinge adds convenience, auto-closing up to 90 degrees and staying open past 90 degrees.

The Delfield GAH1-GH features a 4³/₁₀-inch easyTouch® screen for precise temperature control and remote monitoring. The digital exterior temperature display provides visual alarms for high/low temperature alerts. Additional highlights include three adjustable chrome wire shelves that accommodate full-size sheet pans, a removable side louver, and an energy-efficient door gasket that can be removed without tools. Mounted on 5-inch locking casters shipped loose for field installation, this unit is mobile and simple to integrate into any kitchen setup.
