The front, sides, and interior of the Delfield GAH1-S Specification Line® one-section heated cabinet are constructed of stainless steel€”a strong, rust-resistant metal well suited to heavy use. It's insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to minimize heat loss, holding product at temperatures between 120 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet can be accessed through a full-height door with a smart hinge that closes automatically yet remains open past 90 degrees to facilitate loading. Inside, it's equipped with three chrome wire shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of products.

A mobile unit, the Delfield GAH1-S reach-in heated cabinet is positioned on four 5-inch casters that are fitted with locks to enable users immobilize the unit when needed. Operators can adjust the temperature using intuitive easyTouch® controls and monitor the levels on an external digital readout. To illuminate the interior and ease product retrieval, the cabinet is fitted with incandescent lighting. Offering 21 cubic feet of interior space, this unit measures 27.40 inches wide by 32.44 inches deep by 79.38 inches high overall.
