The Delfield GAH2-GH Specification Line® heated cabinet features two half-height hinged glass doors with locks, offering convenient access to the cabinet's contents while maintaining energy efficiency. Each door is equipped with a smart hinge that auto-closes up to 90 degrees and stays open past 90 degrees. Constructed with a stainless-steel exterior and interior, this two-section reach-in unit provides a 46-cubic-foot capacity. Six adjustable chrome wire shelves accommodate full-size sheet pans, offering flexibility for different storage needs.

The Delfield GAH2-GH heated cabinet has a 4 ³/₁₀-inch easyTouch® screen that enables precise temperature control with remote monitoring capabilities. A digital exterior temperature display includes high/low temperature visual alarms for added convenience. This unit includes a removable side louver, energy-efficient door gaskets that are removable without tools, and a stainless steel pilaster with shelf clips. Mounted on 5-inch locking casters shipped loose for field installation, this unit is equipped with a 10-foot cord and NEMA 6-20P plug for simplified setup. The cabinet is fully insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane and features heating elements located behind vertical ducts for optimal airflow and energy efficiency.
