The Delfield GAH2-S Specification Line® heated cabinet produces temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure it can warm a variety of precooked items. Its heating elements line the length of the unit's vertical ducts to improve airflow and energy efficiency. Operators can manage temperature via the easyTouch® screen temperature display, and the unit can be controlled remotely, so users can accomplish other tasks while away from the cabinet. If the temperatures rise or drop unexpectedly, its visual alarms will notify the operator. To minimize temperature fluctuations, it's insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane.

Three chrome wire shelves are built into each of the Delfield GAH2-S heated cabinet's sections. The shelves accommodate full-size sheet pans and can be raised or lowered to accommodate product sizes. Inside the cabinet, a 40-watt incandescent light highlights products for simple identification. Furthermore, each section is equipped with a correlating solid door, which features a door hinge that closes automatically when it's opened at or less than 90 degrees and stays locked in place when it's opened past 90 degrees. Overall, this stainless steel unit measures 55¹¹/₅₀ inches wide by 32⁷/₁₆ inches deep by 79³/₈ inches high and is furnished with 5-inch locking casters.
