To improve product organization, the Delfield GAH2-SH Specification Line® heated cabinet features a reach-in, two-section layout. Three chrome wire shelves built into each section accommodate full-size sheet pans and can be raised or lowered as inventory changes. Each section is equipped with two half-height, hinged solid doors that grant direct access to a specific space. The doors' smart hinges close automatically if opened less than 90 degrees to prevent temperature fluctuations, and they stay locked in place if opened further than 90 degrees. Inside the cabinet, an incandescent light ensures operators can identify products quickly. Overall, this unit measures 55¹¹/₅₀ inches wide by 32⁷/₁₆ inches deep by 79³/₈ inches high and is mounted on 5-inch locking casters.

This Delfield GAH2-SH heated cabinet generates temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various warming applications. For best airflow and energy efficiency, its heating elements are built behind and span the length of the vertical ducts. Operators can control temperature remotely via the easyTouch® control system, which provides a digital exterior temperature display and high- and low-temperature alarms. To ensure precooked foods remain warm for serving, the cabinet is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
